Exercise

Strength is the 'master of all fitness attributes'.  That means that getting stronger improves all other elements of fitness.  Focus some of your training time on getting stronger.  And then do something that allows you to feel that improvement.  That could be improved performance in sport or a group exercise class.  It could be feeling more durable during a long hike.  Practice getting stronger.  Realise that strength.

Nutrition

It's those key points I like to hammer home again; prioritise lean protein and vegetables.  Eat mindfully.  Stop when you feel 80% full.  These four skills, if practised and improved, will give you so many great benefits.  Keep it simple.

Mindset & Lifestyle

Start your day by reminding yourself what you really want and the 1 or 2 things you need to do right now to move you towards your goal.  That daily reminder of what you want and how to get there is essential for long term change.  Keep refreshing your motivation and reviewing your action plan.
