Exercise

Excessive muscle soreness is not the sign of a good workout.  Muscle soreness is caused by doing something new or suddenly doing a lot more of it (big jumps in volume and/or intensity).  Whilst some soreness might show you've worked hard in the gym, if it leaves you less active for many days after a workout, it probably beats the purpose of the workout.

Nutrition

A refresher on the Lean Living BIG 4; eat slowly and mindfully; stop when you are satisfied/80% full; eat enough lean protein; load up on veggies.  These four skills, when practised often will help you transform your health & body without dieting or restricting.

Life is a trade off between time and money.  We can save time by spending money on things.  Or we can save money by spending time on things.  What things could you spend money on, for now, to save time and help you move towards your health goals?  Which things do you need to spend time on?
